Project Status: Achievements and Near-Term Goals

  • Rident Park, Inc., a California Public Benefit Corporation, has received 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status from the IRS and tax exempt status from the State of California Franchise Tax Board.
  • Rident Park has successfully raised initial capital to acquire land and commence the planning and development phases.
  • Rident Park has engaged Peak Partners, LLC, a nationally recognized firm specializing in supported living communities, to advise on key community design features and project development matters.
  • A qualified Board of Directors and Advisory Board have been formed.
  • We are in discussions with families who share our vision and want to actively participate in the process of bringing the destination community vision from the concept stage into full realization.
  • Rident Park has acquired a 1.9 acre site in the Town of Windsor, Sonoma County, CA.           
  • Rident Park is in the process of qualifying and selecting an architectural firm that embraces our destination supporting living community philosophy.
  • At the beginning stages of a major capital campaign to secure funding necessary to complete the construction phase.
